Rapid Tooling

Why Rapid Tooling?

Rapid tooling is a fast-track method for producing molds, typically used for short-run injection molding or bridge production. It’s designed to reduce lead times and costs compared to traditional tooling, making it ideal for functional testing, design validation, and early product launches. Rapid tooling helps you move from prototype to production faster—without waiting months or investing heavily upfront.

Rapid tooling uses aluminum or soft steel to quickly produce molds for short-run injection molding. It allows you to mold parts in the same material as full production, giving you accurate performance testing without the long lead times or high cost of hardened steel tools.
